Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use ABN Invoice at abninvoice.com.au. 中文提示: 使用本工具即表示你理解这些基础条款。

ABN Invoice is a practical document tool, not tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. Please check Australian Taxation Office guidance or speak with a qualified adviser for your circumstances.

Use of the service

ABN Invoice helps users create invoices, tax invoices, receipts, and quotes. You are responsible for checking that every document is accurate, complete, lawful, and suitable before sending it to a customer.

Your data and exports

The app is designed so you can export documents such as PDF, PNG, or backup files where those features are available. You may also clear or delete your saved data from the app controls or browser storage. If you sign in, cloud history and preferences may be saved with Supabase so they can sync across sessions.

Accounts and cloud saving

Cloud features are optional and rely on Supabase authentication and database services. You must keep your sign-in method secure and only store information you are entitled to use.

No guarantee of compliance

We aim to make ABN Invoice useful for Australian small businesses, but we do not guarantee that generated documents meet every tax, record-keeping, industry, or customer requirement. Laws and business obligations can change.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use it to create misleading or unlawful documents.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
