Information you enter

You may enter business details, ABN, customer details, line items, notes, payment information, logos, and invoice preferences. This information is used to generate documents and remember your settings.

Local storage

ABN Invoice can save draft data and preferences in your browser so the app remains useful without an account. You can export your documents or backups and delete saved local data using the app controls or by clearing your browser storage.

Cloud saving with Supabase

If you sign in or use member features, selected preferences and document history may be saved in Supabase. Supabase provides the authentication, database, and cloud storage infrastructure for these features. Cloud records are used to restore your account experience and document history.

Anonymous product measurement

On public search landing pages, we may record an anonymous page-view or button-click event to understand whether a page helps people reach the invoice maker. These events contain the page topic, button location and a short-lived random browser-session key. They do not include invoice content, account details, email addresses, payment details, or a full referrer URL.

Exports and deletion

You can export generated documents where export features are provided. You can also delete or clear saved app data. For account or cloud data deletion help, contact us at info@abninvoice.com.au.

Tax and financial disclaimer

ABN Invoice is not tax advice, accounting advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Generated documents should be checked against your obligations and any advice from the ATO or a qualified professional.

Service providers

We may rely on providers such as Supabase and hosting services to operate the app. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service.
